Sales Arborist - Top Tier Trees

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable individual to join our team. As a Sales
Arborist, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients maintain and enhance their
landscapes. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
and accurately estimating job costs. Your success will be driven by your ability to
communicate effectively and build lasting relationships with clients. You should have a
strong desire for professional growth and a passion for tree care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site tree assessments.
• Ability to clearly and effectively explain tree care services and recommendations to
clients.
• Prepare and present proposals for tree services using industry CRM.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer
service and follow up
• Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality service.
• Expand client base and generate new business through networking and/or
networking events (i.e. tradeshows, community events and other opportunities to
represent Top Tier Trees and demonstrate our capabilities).
• Develop and update annual plant health care programs
• Stay updated on industry standards and advancements.
• Coordinate with the production crew and monitor their work throughout the day.
• Maintain individual and sales team KPIs as determined by management.

Qualifications:
• ISA Certified Arborist.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the arboriculture industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Works well independently and in a team
• Self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning and growth.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
