Production Manager
Boutte Tree, Inc. Is seeking a Production Manager. This position is responsible for the daily management of our crews and production personnel and is a crucial part of delivering excellent service to our clients. Verified experience in tree care and/or crew management is preferred.
Duties include:
Manage and supervise all production workers in alignment with the rules and policies in our employee handbook
Collaborate with the Senior Maintenance Engineer to ensure a safe and ready-to-use fleet.
Collaborate harmoniously with the Safety Manager to plan inspections, trainings, and staffing to optimize safety and employee development.
Work closely with Sales Manager to maintain good relations between sales and production. Use data and analytics to implement changes driving profitability and efficiency.
Improve worker productivity by monitoring Overtime and improving worker returns.
Work closely with Office Manager, ensuring that PTO, training, and other field worker needs are properly communicated for optimal scheduling.
Visit jobsites as needed throughout the day as problems arise, or to do flash visits, assist the safety manager and production supervisors with inspections, etc.
Maintain control over both Boutte Tree company yards through good management.
Be responsible for damages and repairs, tracking, resolution, client communication, and employee accountability. The office provides administrative assistance with tracking.
