Atlanta Arbor - Sales Arborist

Atlanta Arbor is looking for driven, self-starters to join our sales team to meet the demands of a busy summer, and looming hurricane season.

Responsibilities of an Arborist Representative Include:

Meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals using all avenues of lead generation, including receiving Office Leads immediately
Creating clear job expectations for customers and crews
Using industry-specific CRM system for all estimates, appointment scheduling, client retention, etc.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years industry experience, including tree and plant health care - either field experience or sales experience in the industry is a MUST
Effective communication skills
Attentiveness to details
Excellent customer service skills
Adept time management and organizational skills
Ability to obtain Arborist Certification within 1 year

Benefits:

$40,000 base salary + commission (total pay is at least $75,000-$100,000)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year - ($40,000 base salary + commission structure)

Tree care: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification: Arborist Certification (Preferred), Driver's License (Required)
