In exchange for each donation of $25, you get one baseball hat or T-shirt. (For a $30 donation, you get a beanie hat, or a sweatshirt for $45.) 

Be sure to enter the hat style or shirt color and size and any additional information (in memory, support for a certain program, etc.) about your donation under "instructions."
